Organisational Wellness

Our people drive the shift in perspective needed for sustainable success. This can only be done by igniting the narrative that reimagines the future.

Our people can only do this if they truly believe in the business and feel part of the narrative crafted by the leadership. How do leaders know how the people truly feel about the business and their role in it?

We make use of an organisational wellness instrument (OWI), a Wellness dipstick of sorts.

The OWI measures 10 critical success factors. It provides leadership with an up to date and easy to read measurement of the current “state of the nation” within the organisation, department, region, or division. It is easy to use, easy to administer, quick to complete and very responsive in reporting results.

The 10 success factors:

  • Trust

  • Learning

  • Gratification

  • Language

  • Ownership

  • Energy

  • Change

  • Interaction

  • Creativity & Innovation

  • Communication

Organisations can choose to add 2 additional factors to the indicator as Leadership, engagement, or any other factor they want to test.

Once the survey has been completed and the results are drawn one can:

  • Identify the critical wellness factors

  • Spot below the line thinking and behaviour

  • Spot above the line thinking and behaviour

  • Discover specific causes of problem areas

  • Regain organisational wellness

  • Put Wellness strategies in place

  • Measure changes by company, department, level, divisions, and or locations
